Señorio de Rubios
The cellar Señorío de Rubios is located in the Condado do Tea subregion of Rías Baixas, is dedicated to preserving the area’s rich winemaking legacy. Founded in 2003, it now has 105 partners committed to producing both red and white wines, with a strong focus on local red varieties like Sousón and Pedral, while also honoring traditional whites such as Albariño, Treixadura, and White Loureira. Since its first release in 2006, the winery has successfully blended tradition with modern techniques, continually innovating with rosé and sparkling wines while maintaining the authentic character of the region.
