Bodega Elizalde
The cellar was built in 1996 on the north side of the farmhouse, in the stable where formerly the animals were housed and the winter fodder was stored. This cellar has adopted the latest technologies in order to get a high quality txakolina: stainless steel tanks, automatic temperature control of tanks, bottling line, pneumatic press...
It can produce a maximum of 60,000 bottles. Our winemaker, Mikel Garaizabal, has transmitted to the txakolina the personality of a quality wine. Mendraka txakoli is served in some of the best restaurants in the world awarded with Michelin stars.
